Did not really feel like a valued customer especially when going back to the store to solve a problem and being told theirs nothing we can do about it after only having the kit for a week or so. I have also been told that the juice i was recommended to use was way too thick for the kit so my coils were burning out quick, i know that dont sound like much but thats still costing me more money i could be spending on things i need. So i shall be taking my business else where, sorry
- Mark McCarthy Review added: 2017.12.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was working in Bideford for a while, went into VIP vapours to buy a new kit as mine packed up. After purchasing I set it all up and all was great until the coil burnt out, on the box it states it comes with two atomizers but my device only came with one! Went back into the store to ask why it only came with the one instead of the two it says on the box and I got an answer of, sorry there is nothing we can do about it! Not the best customer service I've come across.
